Becoming aware of the body, and the body-mind connection can be a great help in your work, at home and life in general.

It is not a coincidence that the AT is taught in nearly all the music conservatories, theater and dance schools around the world. Performing and presenting is a top sport. It requires a lot of practice and knowledge as how to handle stressful situations. The mental skills, like optimal concentration and ability to stay in the moment, are combined with a smooth and energy efficient manner of using the body.

The daily repetition of practicing a sport or arts, as well as any daily job from mothering to working with computers can cause various problems. The AT is a way to become aware of the tensions and patterns that we hold and learn how to change the way we use ourselves in these situations.

For some people the AT has also been an opening or help to a more aware way of living, and finding a deeper connection with oneself and the world around us.

Work,life boost

“I have at the moment stress with practicing because of my little daughter and too less time. This lesson helped me to get more relaxed. I like to try to keep this relaxation also for my practicing at home. Maria is doing her lesson relaxed and you can take a little bit of that only by looking at her.”
